Mitja Tašler
Mitja Tašler was electrical supervisor from 1999 to 2010 on various ecological projects in the energy sector. From 2010 to 2011 he was project manager at Power plant Trbovlje and from 2011 to 2013 part of the commissioning team of unit 6 in Thermal power plant Šoštanj as a COMM project manager, deputy site manager in member of the ROP group. From 2013 to 2017 he was working for Alstom/GE as Operational manager during the commissioning, trial run and warranty period of unit 6 in Power plant Šoštanj. From 2017 to 2019 he became an operational manager in Power plant Šoštanj. Since 2019 till November 2022, he was at the position of managing director, and from November 2022 onwards he is the deputy of CEO in Thermal Power plant Šoštanj. He gained some competences on desulphurisation plants, on thermal power plants and cement power plants, on erection, commissioning and operating the Thermal power plants, gas turbines and pipelines, working and supervising in hazardous areas, operating and maintenance of the power plants and district heating plant. He also has managing experiences at the projects, commissioning an operating, and he have good experiences in leading the companies. He also took place in a national group for preparation of coal phase out strategy
