Jasna Sekulović, Senior Project Manager, GIZ, Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe - Energy, Transport and Climate Protection in Southeast Europe (ORF-ETC)

She has over 15 years of experience in managing various projects for this region, which aim to build capacity and strengthen regional cooperation in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainable energy use, sustainable transport and urban mobility.

She is involved in the process of preparing the first National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP) for Montenegro, while in the role of observer she is involved in the work of the National Working Group for Just Transition. She directly coordinates cooperation with Montenegrin ministries, municipalities, Parliament, civil society organizations and associations, local governments. As part of that cooperation, she participates in the preparation of various strategic documents at the local and national level.
