Milka Mumovic is a graduate economist with experience in energy business, energy regulation and energy policies. She worked for the power utility Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske on the power reconstruction and restructuring projects, in the Regulatory Commission for Energy of Republic Srpska, on energy tariffs and markets and since 2009 for the Energy Community Secretariat.

As an expert in the economics of the power sector, she analyses spectrum of policy instruments, from analysis of the power sector operation, costs and tariffs regulation to taxation regimes, coal subsidies and carbon pricing mechanism.

In addition, she is coordinating the activities of the ECDSO-E, a platform for cooperation of distribution system operators.
