I'm Erald Elezi, a structural engineering graduate with a strong background in management and leadership. Over the past five years, I have held directing roles in state-owned companies, honing my skills in strategic decision-making and operational management. Currently, I am privileged to serve as the Head of Trading and Operation Department at the Albanian Power Corporation, where I have been leading a team and overseeing critical functions for the past year.

One of my team notable achievements was successfully managing the energy crisis that occurred in 2022. Through careful planning and effective execution, we were able to navigate the challenges and ensure a stable energy supply for our customers. This experience has further strengthened my problem-solving abilities and reinforced my commitment to finding innovative solutions in the energy sector.
