Strong professional with Bachelor degree of Enginnering, focused in transmission and distribution of electrical energy from University St Kiril and Metody Skopje.

He is manager for Development and Investments in AD ESM – Skopje, since May 2018.

Gajdardziski is a member of CIGRE International Council on Large Electric Systems.
