Nikola Rovčanin was born on July 13, 1984, in Pljevlja. He is a graduate lawyer by profession. He has held a series of responsible positions. Since 2014, he has been a councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Pljevlja. Since 2009, he has been employed at "Vodovod" Pljevlja LLC, where he has worked as a legal consultant, secretary of the Board of Directors, head of the General, Legal and Personnel Affairs Department, and legal advisor. For over a decade, he has represented the company in courts and state institutions. He has been active in trade unions at the state and local levels.
